Datastream Solutions SIA (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in the Republic of Latvia under registration number 40203738349, with its registered office at Jelgava, Lidotāju iela 2 - 6, LV-3007, Latvija. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through our website and client engagements.

We may process the following categories of personal data:

• Contact data — name, email, phone number and company name provided through our contact form or by email.
• Project data — briefs, source files, brand materials and correspondence shared during an engagement.
• Technical data — IP address, device type, browser and pages viewed, collected through essential and analytics cookies.
• Billing data — legal name, address, VAT status and payment details where applicable.
