Terms of Service

By accessing our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or enter into a service agreement with us.

Datastream Solutions SIA provides branding, visual identity and related design services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timeline of each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

Engagement fees are quoted in EUR and are fixed for the scope agreed in the proposal. Unless otherwise stated, 50% of the fee is invoiced at kickoff and the balance on delivery. Datastream Solutions SIA is currently not registered for VAT; invoices are issued without VAT.

Upon full payment of the agreed fees, the client receives an exclusive, worldwide licence to use the final delivered assets for the purposes set out in the proposal. Preliminary concepts, working files and unused materials remain the property of Datastream Solutions SIA unless separately agreed in writing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback and any licences required for third-party assets (such as photography, typography or stock content) submitted to us. Delayed feedback may impact the project timeline.

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datastream Solutions SIA's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Latvia.
